Tips for Trekking to Everest Base Camp


Quality waterproof shoes, socks, scarf, hat, sunnies, sunscreen, tissues, first aid kit, clothing (synthetic or wool blend-avoid cottons), soap, daypack, waterbottle, trash bag & snacks. Game cards. Diarrhoea medicine. Camera, extra film & batteries.
