The fastest ascent record holder Lhakpa Gelu Sherpa also climbed Mt. Everest on May 16, 2004 with Discover Channel Group taking the picture which will be aired by Discovery Channel four months later. This is the eleventh time he climbed Everest. 37yrs old Lhakpa Gelu Sherpa has set the record by climbing Everest in 10 hours 56 minutes last year.
