Langtang National park witness large number of tourists


Huge numbers of tourist have visited Langtang national park this year.
As many as 5,000 tourists have arrived Kathmandu in a bid to visit Langtang area, one of the mind-blowing tourism spot of Nepal.

According to assistant conservation officer at Langtang National Park, tourists’ mobility on the route of Langtang-Gosainkunda area has increased this fiscal year compared to the corresponding period last year.
Revenue worth over Rs 15 million has been accumulated from tourist entry fee. It has also benefitted the hotel entrepreneurs.
It is learnt that each tourist spends Rs 3,000 in average every day.

Likewise, daily 25 tourists, after visiting the Langtang area, reach Gatlang and Nagthali area along the Tamang heritage route of Tatopani, said Secretary at Tatopani Preservation Committee, Bamen Tamang.
